Very cozy Studio with a large terrace and beautiful sea views. With good repair, equipped with all necessary appliances, located 150 meters from the beach. The location combines a five-minute walk to all kinds of shops, clubs, discos, bars and at the same time, comfort and relative silence, as it is located on a small street, a little away from the bustling life of the resort town. Especially suitable for couples or parents with a child. The Studio is located on the 5th floor. No Elevator!

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated apartment! Everything was incredibly fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook a dinner. We also went to dine out, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. There is an amazing beach nearby and you can also walk to a central part along the sea via Cami de Ronda. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! Mucho Gracias!
