Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de Guadamía

Una pasada. Ideal para personas y familias que quieran huir del barullo y la muchedumbre de los sítios turísticos y que quiera disfrutar de la naturaleza. La estancia en casa de Javier fué muy buena. Javier és un gran anfitrión y nos sentimos muy agusto e incluso bajamos un dia a comer al restaurante que regenta, donde pudimos disfrutar de un menú autenticamente Asturianu. Si quieres hacer rutas andando, tranquilidad y naturaleza, este es el sitio, y té encantará. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiriamos lugar y anfitrión.

El alojamiento estaba situado muy cerca de la playa. En las inmediaciones había muchos comercios locales, además de supermercados y una farmacia abierta 12 horas. Además, había una zona para poder sacar a pasear a la mascota.

Apartamento en una zona inmejorable de Gijón, de fácil acceso con un parking de pago muy cerca. Espacios verdes justo enfrente y la playa y el centro a un tiro de piedra. El piso coincide con las fotos, es acogedor y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Pedro te atiende a la llegada y fue muy amable. Recomendable!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en Gijón alojados en este precioso apartamento en frente de la Playa de San Lorenzo. El piso es amplio, luminoso y super bien equipado, además admiten mascotas, así que todo perfecto!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

We had a fantastic week in Jose’s apartment in Luanco. Jose was such an amazing host. He was so helpful before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He brought us to the apartment, gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and local tips. This was invaluable. Knowing that Jose was only a phone call away gave us great peace of mind. The apartment is like being on a ship. You are overlooking the sea and the beautiful harbour area. We spent hours on the balcony eating and sunbathing. It was beautifully decorated with quality fittings- and was immaculately clean. The apartment is so private and luxurious. The smart TV was perfect to log into YouTube and to cast. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked full dinners here on several nights. Location was perfect- in a quiet area - minutes walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was easy in the nearby streets. The beach is in front of the apartment too. Luanco is such a lovely town. Highly recommended.

La Casina de Rodiles nos ha gustado mucho. No es habitual encontrar una casa tan bien preparada y bien puesta como esta. Volvíamos al final del día sintiendo volver a nuestra casa. Un gusto también de atención y disponibilidad por parte de Miriam y Álvaro. Gracias por todo!

Una estancia genial, el piso muy acogedor y agradable, con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, la propietaria muy atenta a nosotros para que tuvieramos una estancia genia, recomendable 100%

El apartamento es una chulada y con unas vistas impresionantes que te permite disfrutar de San Vicente en todo momento. Todo muy limpio y correcto, la gestión de llaves muy organizado. Repetiremos sin duda.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et bien placé. Centre ville à pied en quelques minutes, possibilité de se garer facilement.

Charo estuvo fantástica, el dúplex es precioso con unas vistas estupendas, estancia super agradable, piscina, jacuzzi y entorno fantástico. Un plus la plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Estancia de 10. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Charo.

El alojamiento coincidía con la descripción y las fotos. Un lugar tranquilo para pasar un fin de semana con amigos. Patricia fue muy amable y nos dio varias recomendaciones. Repetiría sin duda.

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Sonja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Blick auf den Fischereihafen. Jederzeit wieder!

Iñaki y Eva fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales: muy amables, cercanos y siempre disponibles para cualquier duda o recomendación. Nos dieron consejos sobre lugares que visitar. Además, al llegar al apartamento nos encontramos con un bonito detalle de productos locales que nos hizo mucha ilusión. Fueron también muy atentos con nuestro hijo: le dejaron un juguete de regalo, para que él también disfrutara la estancia, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. El apartamento es precioso, está cuidado con muchísimo mimo y estaba impecablemente limpio. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto, acogedor y funcional. Mi rincón favorito: la ventana de la cocina para tomarse un café con vistas al mar. Volveremos sin duda!!!

Departamento muy moderno, en impecable estado de limpieza, totalmente equipado tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación y muy silencioso para descansar. La atención de Luli y Jorge ( anfitriones) inmejorable!! Volveremos!!!!!!

Muchas gracias, Tico! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön trotz altem Gebäude - das hat total Charme. ☺️ Vor dem Fenster hört man die friedlichen Schafe und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Tico war sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Die Anfahrt funktioniert mit einem Campervan gut, ein grösseres Auto passt allerdings nicht durch die engen Gassen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Una casa muy chula con unas vistas maravillosas, con buen tiempo se podría aprovechar mejor pero aun con mal tiempo hemos disfrutado de todo. Rodolfo muy amable y atento y sus padres encantadores, básicamente un amor de personas. Repetiría sin dudarlo!!!!!

La mejor manera de definir el alojamiento es que nos sentimos como en casa. Nos encontramos el piso limpísimo, está todo muy nuevo, ha sido un gusto estar allí para visitar Asturias, y Gijón en particular.
