Family-friendly holiday rentals in Playa de Guanabo

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

This is my third time staying at the casa and as always it did not disappoint. Wonderful hosts, wonderful breakfasts, wonderful accommodations... I'll be back!

Great stay in an apartment away from the touristic old town. The power worked great throughout (only occasionally out for minutes) and I had a calm stay.

Excellent Art Deco property which feels like well-preserved Old Havana. While the neighbourhood is noisy, the inside of the building and the apartment are fairly insulated, and you don't hear any noise in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in El Vedado. The place is exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The best part is the stunning view of the sea, right from the living room! Waking up to that ocean breeze and sound was truly special. The location is perfect – quiet, safe, and close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. We stayed in the accommodation with 6 people: The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and very well equipped by Cuban standards, with a good location in terms of proximity to the city center. As is typical in Cuba, the area around the apartment is 'very basic' and very noisy (but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself :-))

I definitely loved the place and the super attentive service. I'll be back soon because I felt at home. 10000% recommended

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

We spent only two days... we felt very comfortable!! Ideal for three, four people. The Miramar area is the quietest in Havana. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The pool is the best thing that can happen to you with the Cuban heat. Tania and Pelayo are very kind... attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.

Beautiful relatively new home in Santa Fe. Wonderful views of the ocean from the roof and a nice pool and seating area up there as well. The place is a very open concept, French designed house. We cooked the majority of our meals at home as the kitchen provides all the tools you could need. They also stocked the fridge with water and some some other foods for breakfast. There is not a whole lot to do in the area, but it is relatively quiet for that reason.
