The strong AC was a lifesaver. This place is uniquely in the heart of the old town but at the same time on a quiet street for sleeping at night. It was exactly what I was looking for at a good price point. Cecilia helped us with airport transfers, tours, exchanging money, and delivering medical supplies to the hospital.

Having traveled to Havana many times throughout the decades, I found this beautiful apartment to be a stand out find. But what made it extra special was the services and attention from the apartment manager, Gabi. I strongly recommend going for her breakfast offerings. You won’t find better tastier, organic, and artisanal breakfast than what she provides. And right in the apartment at your indicated time. Do it! It’s also an added bonus that she is very knowledgeable about the city’s music and arts scenes and very willing to guide you to the coolest finds. All in all it was a lovely experience

Yuselis is an excellent host. Great communication, friendliness, cordiality, good tips and recommendations. Always willing to help us. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. It is in a very beautiful location in the city, close to the main squares. There is a map in the room with recommendations for places to visit. Wi-Fi was working. She lent us a SIM card with internet that made our communication and stay in Havana much easier. It was the best place we stayed in Cuba.

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable and house room with its bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a great time in the large patio with a pool. Cleanliness and comfort of 10!

The check-in was very easy with a warm welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery, on two streets there are fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful hosts. The area is very peaceful and clean. It was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Amazing appartement! Calm place and the terrasse is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you want to have a quiet and private place, this is certainly a good choice. 15 minutes away from the Capitol by walk! Every question I had was proactively answered!

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

This place is absolutely beautiful and we will definitely stay again. The host and staff were so accommodating and kind and loving we felt right at home! Thank you ❤️

A beautiful apartment in an iconic restored building of Havana, an incredible find with beautiful views of the capitol a few blocks from the most beautiful area of the city.

It was a very nice stay here in this house. Pedro the host was very helpful and took care of all wishes. Very warm host who tries to fulfill all wishes. It is an authentic stay and you are right in the middle of the locals. You can walk to a supermarket, where you only pay with a visa or master card, but there are also fruits and vegetables and bars, restaurant and much more. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It is highly recommended, you have the entire upper floor to yourself. It is a heartfelt recommendation, I was here with a toddler and 5 other people. If you don't want to be on the road a lot but want to see something other than Havana or spend a few days on the beach, I can really recommend it here. Thank you Pedro for this unforgettable stay and until next time.

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Good afternoon! My parents stayed at this hotel, they really liked it! The hotel territory is very nice, there are many trees, mangoes, bananas, my parents enjoyed walking and resting there. The room is very nice, all tidy and clean. The owner is super friendly, thank you very much for her attention 💖
