It consists of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the Atlantic. You will like my place because of long walks on the beach, bars, restaurants, live performances, horseback riding, possibility of flying along coast. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children) privacy and intimacy where it is disconnected from stress. Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The apartment is very cozy, it has enough space to keep everything tidy. It has a lot of light and is very quiet. The 3 terraces are FOR PRIVATE USE with very good views of the Cathedral of Cadiz and the sea, they are upstairs. The neighborhood has everything from the market, museums, beaches, the pier is a 3-minute walk away where you can catch boats that will take you to Rota and Pto de Santa Maria. Connections to city buses. The train and bus station are a 5-minute walk away.
