The apartment is 85 m² and very quietly located. From the large balcony you can look over the pools and the garden, from the small balcony you can look over the marismas to Cádiz.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
