Monthly Rentals in Playa de la Caleta de Vélez

The apartment is bright with a beautiful view of the sea but also of the mountains. Everything is within walking distance and there is a nice variety of restaurants. Iñaki is a very available host. I had a lovely relaxing time in Mezquitilla.

We rented this place for a month and it was our first time in Torre Del Mar. the location was awesome with so many restaurants and close to the beach. It was great to meet Javier and his wife as we felt right at home. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this one was so clean and you knew they put a lot of work into making sure your experience was great. They had a lot of recommendations and had everything and extra for long term stay. We will be back when we come to Torre Del Mar. if we could give more than 5 stars we would! Highly recommend. Safe area for couples or solo female, secured entrance and great balcony

We loved our 5 week stay here. The location was perfect. We walked to Torrox Costa and back and to the far end of Torre Del Mar. The house was a home from home. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. We spent a good few hours on the roof terrace which had great sun loungers. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We are planning to return in winter 2027 if the house is still available to rent. The house was very peaceful. There were road works in our last week but that couldn’t be helped. We went out each day until they stopped which was usually no later than 2.30. Kristina was very kind and friendly in our communications. All in all a wonderful stay. We will be back.
