A few minutes away from the emblematic Mercado de Abastos and the Plaza del Cabildo. On the first floor there is a nice entrance hall, a pleasant living room with sofa-bed, 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, 1 en-suite. On the second floor there is another living room, kitchen-dining room, laundry room and guest toilet. Private terrace of 60 m2.

The house counts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: ideal for 1 or 2 families. All rooms have air conditioning. For the little ones there is a travel cot, high chair and safety gate for the stairs. The extras? A living room with natural light, cinema, bar and fireplace in the basement, a roof terrace, 2 patios, a barbecue, internet 600 Mb, Smart TV and six bicycles.
