Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de los Alemanes

Hi, I stayed here for 8 nights with my partner and our 1 year old baby. The apartment was great! It was super clean on arrival with everything we needed at hand. We paid for extra baby equipment which was ready when we arrived - a baby travel cot , high chair + baby bath which made our lives a lot easier having them there. location is great - the beach is right on your doorstep with a lot of restaurants+ cafes in the area + beautiful walks along the beach front promenade. The apartment was right above a restaurant so at night it was a little noisy but nothing too bad, our baby still slept okay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay + host was super quick to respond if we had any questions.

We really enjoyed our time at here. The apartment had everything required, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the immediate area is very peaceful. Leire is always available if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

A very good place to stay!

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

We chose this apartment to spend a weekend and we couldn't have done better. Maria was super attentive and kind. When we arrived at the apartment everything was pristine and she told us about the purchase of two beach loungers, which was a nice touch. He recommended areas to go and places of interest. The service was unbeatable and we felt at home, and the place is fantastic.

This is a really great apartment in a quiet area close to the beach. It’s very comfortable, the kitchen is great and the parking very convenient. Divers will love the fantastic ‘heritage’ diving gear and photos from Rafael’s extraordinary life under water.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Excellent stay in Jose's apartment... amazing place in front of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Highly recommended. Jose, a genius who was always available... the manga was a great discovery...

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you needed thought of. Comfy bed and pillows and everything organised perfectly! Stunning terrace with gorgeous views out over the beach and sea. Near the bus stop for Cartagena and Cabo de palo and also near to a local supermarket, although watch out for opening times out of season. We found some great Spanish restaurants nearby and at the beautiful beach over the road there are some lovely beach bars. Behind the beach bars we found a fantastic, authentic, family run little Brazilian restaurant/shop where my Brazilian partner was made to feel right at home! We stayed 2 nights but I felt as though I could live here! Thank you Maite!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

The apartment was better than expected and a great place to relax and chill out. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would love to stay there again!

Alvaro's accommodation is as shown in the pictures, just perfect, clean, nice, comfortable, next to the beach and very well equipped. On the other hand, Álvaro was very nice to us, he was attentive all the time and cared so much because we were at ease; he recommended restaurants as well as activities and places to visit. We definitely recommend it and would do it again.
