Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Enjoy the view of this very central and newly renovated accommodation. Very well located in a resort. It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.

Excellent first class communication with hosts, started before booking and continued throughout stay. The location frontline could not be any better for access to beach. Short distance to a range of good restaurants and bars and a couple of small supermarkets. Walking distance to local bus stops which will take you anywhere on the island. Short taxi or bus ride to airport. Accommodation has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Beds all very comfortable and great air con in all bedrooms and lounge area.outside space for relaxing and sunbathing spacious gets sun all day plenty of shaded outside space also. Some noise from airplanes coming into land and from nearby bars and hotels but it did it disturb sleep as cannot hear from inside accommodation Great place to people ( and plane ) watching Will definitely return - ThankYou Francisco you looked after us do well x

We felt right at home, everything was clean, tidy and with all the amenities you can have on vacation. Without a doubt, if we return to the island we already know where to stay again, since being in the middle, everything is close to you. There was always a place to park. The pool is clean and pleasant. Giorgio and Patrizia are always helpful and super easy to communicate with them. A great plus to also have a fire stick in the living room. Richard’s villa, located just minutes from the beach, was perfect for our stay. We found the villa to be extremely comfortable and could not think of any ways in which our experience could have been improved. Hilary who looked after us during our stay was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we required to make our stay exceptional. I hope to return to this lovely property again, and would recommend to any friends and family travelling to the area! Thank you for an exceptional visit to Lanzarote!

We had an amazing stay!! The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, it was absolutely spotless and exactly as described, beautiful apartment in a quiet complex with shops and restaurants about a five minute walk away. The pool facilities were lovely and never too busy and the complex itself was peaceful and private. The one thing I would note is that it is at the top of a steep hill in the old town, so bear this in mind if you plan on walking everywhere! It took us about fifteen minutes to walk down to the main strip and a taxi back up the hill in the evenings was about €4. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
