Monthly Rentals in Playa de Oro

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment - it had what we needed and the location was perfect. Recommend for your stay on the island!

It was very convenient to the docks and activities. Everything was very walkable. However, it was very noisy. None of the windows or sliding doors seemed to close perfectly, so street noise was very much an issue--especially at 4 am. The A/C worked wonderfully, though. And the apartment was very comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed by Marias father and gramdmother, who helped us find the correct doorbell. The place is conveniently equipped, comfy bed, warm shower, cool A/C and fan… Maria’s mother was extremely helpful and kind. My suitcase had been lost by the airline and if it wasn’t for Alexandra, it would probably still be sitting in Guayaquil. She went above and beyond to help me sort things out with the airline and even went to pick up the suitcase when it was finally delivered (on our last day on the island!). We wouldn’t hesitate one second to return!

We loved our 4 night stay at this apartment. Great location, private but a very easy walk to the centre and beach/snorkelling spot. Fantastic sunset from the balcony. Appreciated the airconditioning. Super friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend this apartment.
