It is a small wooden house attached to the host's house, cozy, with a double bed, bathroom/shower (small) mini kitchen, garden (shared) with ocean views and close to the mountain, very quiet, also bed & littel breakfast at the host's house. Bus from Barcelona to the village of Vilassar de Dalt, getting off at the last stop, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Take walks in the mountains with beautiful views. As many other reviews have stated, Silvia is a wonderful host. She really cares about her guests and feels like a friend. Thank you for the breakfast food. The room was large enough for our family of four (two kids) and we appreciated the private bathroom, and being able to use Silvia’s kitchen and living room. We parked our car in the free parking lot about 500 meters away along the coast toward Barcelona. It’s a dusty lot, so another option to consider is the pay parking on nearby streets. Staying at Silvia’s apartment and taking the train into Barcelona was much less expensive than staying in Barcelona. The train worked great for us.

Wonderful place to stay at! The town itself has tons of stuff to do as well as very convenient if you want to stay in the main city of Barcelona. Very easy to get to after a long day exploring. The peace and quiet allows to actually rest and enjoy your time there comfortably.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 5 nights as a group of 14, and it was absolutely perfect! The house fit us all comfortably and the surroundings were beautiful, less than a 5 min walk to the beach, lovely local restaurants on our doorstep and a short train ride to Barcelona city centre. Maria-Dolores and Xavier were very accommodating hosts and communication was excellent with them. Would 100% return, thank you!

Absolutely loved staying at Hous’ place. Hous is a really caring host. I have been travelling a lot recently and I can say the way Hous treats his guests is truly top notch. He gave super clear instructions and went far and beyond to make sure we will have a good time.
