Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de Punta Umbría

The stay over the weekend was very complete, we went with my elderly parents and we were very comfortable, the house has everything, not to mention the views and the good location. The hostess was very kind, she gave us useful information and was attentive to our well-being. We would definitely repeat!

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. Amazing experience in this villa. The Host was exceptional always there to respond and take care of things and it shows that he cares about the place. I would recommend this to anyone. Place was clean and cozy. In a very private development. If I ever get a chance will book it again. I already forwarded to few friends in London to have that experience. Thanks Mr Helder. The best location. A stone's throw away from the beach and the promenade. Shopping area a 5-minute walk away. Rocio is attentive at all times and super quick to answer. All facilities. We have traveled a marriage with a girl and two dogs and no problem. Cozy house with all the necessary utensils. Thank you Rocío for staying at your home. See you next time

A beautiful, spacious, and very bright house. It's even prettier than the pictures! It has everything you need and more to spend a few super pleasant weeks. The garden and bbq are unbeatable. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs across the world for many years but we feel that Karl’s place is one of if not the best place we stayed at. Photos describing the Airbnb are amazing but we actually think reality seems even better than described. Karl and Rosa were very helpful and accommodating. Location is close to everything and far from the typical tourist chaos of the Algarve. Pool is amazing, animals and birds on the property are ideal for kids to appreciate. You also have access to a protected nature reserve of the Ria Formosa admiring the crabs and wildlife. Very peaceful property close enough to beaches and supermarkets. All in all 5 stars. Thank you Karl. ;)

Enjoyed our first stay in Cabanas despite some rain Great location from the boardwalk area where a lot of the restaurants and shops are located Outside terraces great place to relax Ana and her husband helped us with printing some do documents we needed which was much appreciated! Wonderful place to stay 👏🏻

A beautiful villa with a huge pool surrounded by beautiful countryside. The kids loved exploring & the hosts were very responsive with a few issues which arose. We would love to return!

A Perfect Stay at Casa Clara! Our stay at Casa Clara in Santa Luiza was nothing short of magical. The house itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending modern comfort with authentic Portuguese charm. The outdoor space was a dream: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing mornings. We especially loved the proximity to the charming village of Santa Luiza, which feels like a hidden gem. There are good restaurants, supermarket/bakery & pharmacy 2 mins walk from the house. Check in/out was seamless & communication with Patricia was excellent. We felt truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Casa Clara to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Algarve.

An unbeatable stay. Manolo and Carmen are a couple who have taken great care of us, we felt at home. In addition to their proximity, they were always available for what we needed. And the location, the price, the place... it's a bargain

spacious apartment right next to the beach 1 min walk literal. everything is very clean and with a very pleasant patio. clear communication Very quiet area even though chiringuitos nearby. Good area for parking. practically in its entirety the apartment is renovated. Unique and for putting one is that it does not have mosquito nets in the rooms and the mosquitoes were a feast, but it is understandable to be summer. would repeat 100% for sure.

This is a gorgeous apartment, overlooking the fabulous Monte Gordo beach. The weather was a bit chilly until the last couple days, so we didn't get quite as much "sitting on the deck" time as we would have liked, but that is Mother Nature at work. Odete's apartment was perfect for the 4 of us, but it would easily accommodate twice that many. We loved it and had a terrific time.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

Leonor is super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very nicely furnished and you have a wonderful view of the sea.

Paulo’s place was perfect for us. The apartment is well equipped and has a fantastic view of the Ria. The pictures don’t do the apartment full justice and it is very modern and bright and welcoming. Being able to use the Golden Club pool was a great advantage with a 12 year old, as was being able to use the free boat over to the beach. Cabanas itself is a short walk which was pleasant on the evening. We would definitely book again - thank you for a great stay.

Really lovely home in a perfect location within Santa Luzia, while being close to Tavira and local beaches.
