Large GARAGE SPACE in the building with automatic door and direct access to the house by ELEVATOR. From the portal there are 10 steps to access the house and 3 from the garage.

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
