The apartment is located in the Benal Beach complex, on the seventh floor, overlooking the sea and Benalmadena. The beach is a 4-minute walk away. Inside the complex, there are 5 swimming pools with slides and a garden with grass. A games room and a Hawaiian bar. In most months of the year there is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. There is a paid gym on the premises. It's the perfect place for couples or families with children. 24-hour reception, with video cameras and security guard.

Nice apartment & terrace 60m2. Beach about 2 minutes away

Lovely 1-bedroom apartment, 40 m2 & 60 m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has a view of the ocean and gets sunlight all day. Look to the west. It's on the ground floor. It's ideal for a couple. Babies & children are NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 floors. The pool is seasonal and inviting. My apartment is a couple of minutes' walk from the boardwalk, Santa Ana Beach, the park, and the bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 air conditioners, and all the appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
