Very spacious apartment for grown up family of 6, Close to marina and beach. Perfect short family break. Hosts responded very promptly to questions and ensured that we had no concerns.

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Our third visit to this area as 6 ladies travelling together for some chill time and good food. The villa is beautiful with plenty of space. Full sun all day around the pool with a covered area for some shade. Easy walking to the marina area. Virginia always offering help with booking taxis and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Five stars are not enough to describe how extraordinary our stay with Alessandro was. The property is secluded, private, and offers you the intimacy to relax completely. The views are breathtaking. There's everything you need and more to have a great time with family or a group of friends. There's no self check-in - and that for a good reason. This villa deserves a proper walk-through and introduction by the host to enjoy it to its max potential. Alessandro is incredibly hospitable. He gave us such a friendly introduction, was really helpful throughout our stay, and the part we're most thankful for - offered us flexible check-in/out. Can't express enough what a good time we had, and how thankful we are. :) Once again, Alessandro, thank you so much. This trip turned out beyond everybody's expectations. Can't wait to come back!

Three generations, 11 adults, two monkeys and an 8-month-old baby. Each had their own quiet bedroom and the sounds of the morning did not reach the upper floor. Outdoor spaces are comfortable, with a barbecue canopy and swimming pool, as well as a hot tub! Electronic locks allowed everyone to move according to their own schedule. Check-in electronically and on site Vanessa will welcome you with good instructions. The location is perfect, a short distance to the station, from which you can get everywhere by train. Beach and restaurants also nearby. It was perfect just for us, thank you 🩷

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. the house looks like the photos. its a really nice place to spend some time there. i was alone, so the place was more then enough for me. however, with a second person it can quickly become cramped as the bed was smaller than 160cm wide, probably around 140 if not 120cm. the length was also a maximum of 180cm. i think this is important to know. the terrace was nice, but the bathtub was tilted and i was not sure if it could be used and especially how the water should drain. there were no instructions. i asked the housekeeper salsa but did not receive a reply. apart from that, everything was very pleasant!

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

We were a month in Rafael's apartment and felt right at home. It was very comfortable for us, my partner worked home office and we had no problems with the internet, it was installed on the terrace that being closed is another environment. The place is very quiet, the location is very good, it has everything close by, bars. Rafael and his wife greeted us and fired us very kindly, they were always attentive to everything. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Great location right opposite the beach promenade , and buses to the Marina. €7 in a taxi to train station.Very pleasant and comfortable stay

We had a lovely 9 night stay at this villa. Surroundings are beautiful, the gardens and pool are are impressive. Kids lived in the pool and the ping pong table was a welcome surprise and got lots of use. We had many BBQs in the outdoor kitchen, and the terraces get sun all day long so perfect to relax anytime of day in sun or shade.

It's a great place to travel with family, the kids enjoy it very much. The host Lucia is attentive and helpful from the moment you arrive. We will definitely be back.

From booking to communication to the place, everything was perfect! Jorge always responded within a short period of time to help us with any questions. Extra bedding was lovingly arranged for our baby. The beautiful apartment is modern, has a unique cut and is very clean. The sea as well as the promenade are within walking distance. A group of 7 girlfriends stayed at Ruben’s house to celebrate our special birthdays. The house was perfect. It was bright, clean and kitted out with everything we needed. The facilities were great, the pool was lovely to cool off in, in the sunshine, sunbeds were comfy and the various seating areas and bar were perfect for having an evening drink or sharing a meal. The decor was modern and well presented with lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is wonderful. Ten minutes walk to the beach, some bars and supermarket. There are also some lovely local places to eat nearby. It is slightly outside Benalmadena, which meant it was quieter and more sedate, just what we were looking for. If you wanted the livelier areas, they are still within walking distance from the house. Ruben was incredibly responsive to messages, really helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more from him. We had a fantastic few days here and would definitely return. Well worth it. Thank you Ruben.

Javier and Claudia were great hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Everything great about the accommodation but it takes 25 minutes (by foot) down to beach and it is not near a bus stop.

The stay in Merche's apartment was wonderful, she is a host of 10, always very attentive to what we needed. The accommodation is just like the photos, very nice and with everything we needed. We definitely recommend it:)

Amazing stay for 16 of us. The grounds are so well equipped for a big group. Jorge is very accommodating and friendly, the villa has everything including Frosties and balls for the pool. Thank you so much would come back again!

Fabulous accommodation in Arroyo. Great little townhouse that has everything you need. Ana is very responsive and always there if you need information. Will definitely go again in the future.
