The bus and taxi station is right in front of the studio. There are supermarkets and shops in front of the studio. Just 5 minutes walk from Playa de las Américas, 8 from Playa de Troya. 15km from the airport.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
