This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Blancomar is an apartment created with a lot of love to make days on the island of Tenerife unforgettable. Located in the Orlando 85 Complex, just an 8-minute walk to Fañabé Beach. The complex has 2 swimming pools (and a 3rd with access for children only), a pool bar, a tennis court and a soccer field, as well as a self-service laundry. We believe that rest is essential, therefore, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and sound insulation.

The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Enjoy the sun and the shade, work with the house open, dive into the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without haste... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
