Con una distribución armónica que potencia la luz, las vistas y el confort, y una decoración que acompaña el clima de paz y sosiego alrededor, este apartamento de dos dormitorios es un oasis energético en el que cargar pilas frente al mar. Armonizar las energías en la distribución y decoración, potenciando luz,vistas y confort ha sido nuestra prioridad máxima. Siéntelo. El enclave es único, el acceso directo a la playa desde el propio complejo le acercara al contacto con la naturaleza. El apartamento de 50 metros se distribuye en dos dormitorios, salon-cocina, baño completo y dos terrazas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos camas individuales de 1,05 por 2 m., dispone de armario, zapatera y cómoda con cajones. Da acceso a una pequeña terraza. El segundo dormitorio dispone de una cama doble de 1,50 por 2m. y un escritorio desde donde puede ver mientras descansa la zona de piscina y solárium. El salón dispone de un sofá de cuatro plazas convertible en cama de 1,50 por 2m, Tv de 32 pulgadas con smart Tv. Acceso a la terraza desde el salón donde podrá disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres y desde no sólo podrá ver el mar sino también escucharlo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico combi, placa de inducción de cuatro fuegos, microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos como exprimidor, batidora, tostadora, hervidor, plancha para asar y menaje de cocina. El baño dispone de plato de ducha grande y lavadora. Puede usar también a través de un módico precio la secadora comunitaria. El complejo dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos con cuatro hamacas de jacuzzi en su interior y otra pequeña para niños con todos los sistemas de seguridad, tambien dispone de aseos en la piscina. Por otro lado el clima templado y la agradable temperatura del agua de baño(entre los 18 grados de los meses de invierno y los 22 del resto del año) permite que las playas puedan ser disfrutadas todo el año. La oferta deportiva de Gran Canaria está estrechamente ligada a la benignidad de su clima, carente de temperaturas extremas y que permite la práctica de casi cualquier deporte al aire libre durante todo el año (golf, tenis, padel, vela, windsurf…) Y para los amantes de la naturaleza la isla ofrece un entorno natural de cientos de especies endémicas y unicas en el mundo haciéndola merecedora del calificativo de “continente en miniatura”. Gran Canaria internacionalmente conocida como la isla de la eterna primavera, posee infinidad de riquezas naturales que la convierten en el destino perfecto para el cuidado de la salud. The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
