Beachfront holiday rental in Maspalomas

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s house. He is a wonderful friendly host that replies really fast if you have a question. The house is spacious and it has a cute garden with total privacy. The walking distance to the south of Playa del Ingles and the dunes was good with 15 minutes, the east beach was closer, it was a short walk to Yumbo center and there was a bus stop next to the house for a direct bus to the airport or Las Palmas, the capital. We kept saying to eachother that we booked a perfect house on the best location we could think of. Also the pool is great, with barely anyone else using it. Most days we had it for ourselves. We would definitely recommend this house.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

We spent 5 beautiful days at Carmelo’s place, and felt right at home. The terrace is to die for and you should trust the reviews that say it has everything you’d need and more!! The pool areas were so quiet and relaxing, and the apartment is walking distance from everything you’d need including Yumbo Centre. Thanks so much Carmelo, we will be back!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

María was an incredible host, always responsive and helpful! Super friendly and made us feel right at home. If we had any questions - María had the answers. She made our stay stress free! The flat itself is incredible, super clean and fresh, with a great balcony to enjoy the view of the pool! We had many dinners outside and even though it’s part of a small complex, it felt incredibly private. The mattress was superb and the sofa itself was also very comfortable. No matter how hot and humid it was outside, the air con made life easier. The location itself is incredible - within a 5 minute walk you are at the Playa Del Ingles beach and another 5 min walk puts you right at the heart of all the bars and restaurants. We could not recommend this place more! The host, the location & the cute apartment. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place was as described. Water and smaller snacks were also available upon arrival. The panoramic view up to the dunes was fascinating. We were able to park our rental car at any time without any problems. Parking was always plenty available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

Tor’s place was really lovely and had a great view of the sea! The pool was super clean and quiet and got great sun all day.

I recommend if you don't need a hotel breakfast or other services. Shop nearby...restaurants nearby...taxi nearby...peaceful...good choice if you want to vacation in peace

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. The apartment was as described. Very close to shopping and beach. It was very quiet. Maybe too quiet for party people. The bus to the airport is 5 min walk.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. You have everything you need and even more (beach towels & co). We loved the details and for us it was probably one of the most beautiful places we have been so far. We would definitely come back!

Laura and Eleazar were offering helping hands, been working on my last minute book request rapidly and tried everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Apartment is very well located, everything reachable by a max 10 min walk! Sometimes at night a bit noisy (but not disturbing). Felt very comfortable from the first minute to the last. The apartment is really nice and right in front of the beach. A lot of amazing places to visit within walking distance. The host is really kind and helpful and is always reachable. We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to come back here again someday!

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Feeling like home. At the time of our trip, the ambiance in the vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. If another trip to Gran Canaria becomes us, we will certainly ask Juan.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.
