The apartment is really beautiful and for a mature couple, like my wife and I, it is very comfortable. The view of the port and the bay is spectacular. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the best restaurants on the Peninsula, and on one of the two streets where ALL the shops are. In short, a very remarkable experience.

We loved the place, a fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently cared for apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. I highly recommend staying here.

Super comfortable accommodation, with everything you need... even chairs and umbrella to take to the beach! everything clean and tidy, surrounded by a natural environment. I stand out at the entrance to have a place to wash or leave things when we came from the beach and in the backyard being able to hang clothes was super handy. The host was in every detail so we can enjoy our vacations smoothly, flexible on check in and out!. The location is unbeatable, facing the sea... super quiet beaches. The description of the accommodation was as it was. It is very comfortable, has excellent views and a very good layout. It was very clean, with bed linen and towels. It has a laundry service that is very useful and very convenient when traveling. 24-hour surveillance, the reception guys are very friendly and willing to give you a hand if you need it. It has easy parking and even another roofed and enclosed area. Clarissa is very kind and attentive to making sure everything is fine. I would stay there again without hesitation and I recommend this apartment and its manager 100%.

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out for dinner at the tip. Out of season you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say on Saturday there may be noises of people and music on the street but the double glass of the openings mitigates the theme quite well. The depto is set with excellent taste and quality to an excellent hotel with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The terrace balcony is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and wine with sunset cheese. When I come back to Punta del Este only as a couple it is always going to be my first choice!

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. And he also offered us to stay longer in the dwelling, since we came for a wedding and we arrived very late from the party! Anyway, everything very perfect and nice. We intend to go back!

We had a spectacular time, great place, relaxing landscape, very nice apartment with a balcony, very good view, very nice for walking and resting, super comfortable... recommended in every way.

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

I had a beautiful stay in this apartment. The place is very intimate, ideal for resting and feeling at home. Everything was clean, well cared for and as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, and Andrea, the hostess was very attentive and kind throughout the experience. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
