Family-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Honda

Stayed with our 2 year old for a week and it was simply beautiful! Warm pool for kids, beautiful decked area, great hot tub for us in evening. Truly home from home experience and everything you need. Philippa was great bringing us a mattress the next day for our toddler when there wasn’t one readily available, she also kindly let us check out late so he could have his midday nap (saving us from grumpy toddler all afternoon🙏) Would book again without hesitation. X

Jonny and Eugenia made us feel very welcome in their bungalow. The pool and hot tub were such a nice addition and we had a lovely time with our little one. What's more, they had quite a lot of amenities which were so helpful for us! The location of the bungalow is quite close to some lovely beaches and restaurants. There were one or two minor issues which Jonny and Eugenia responded to very swiftly and helpfully. We would definitely consider staying in the Bungalow again! Thank you again Jonny and Eugenia! :)

Casa Lola is a tranquil private place in the middle of the island. Car hire is recommended however local taxi services can get you into Puerto Del Carmen if you want some bars/ restaurants. The villa itself is clean and has plenty of kitchen appliances as well as well as a noticeably clean oven! Jose, was responsive when we needed assistance. Including recommendations for taxi firms. As others have mentioned the wifi/ data connections are low speed. Never had any problems using the supplied Netflix or when using the “garden” WiFi but did have issues when connected in the lounge. Overall would stay here again. Both me and the wife had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the peace

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

La casa de Claudio y Micaela es muy acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable. La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para visitar la zona norte de la isla.

A fantastic property! Absolutely loved our stay. Quiet neighbourhood, yet unbelievably close to the beach and the seafront restaurants and shops. Villa is a great size--big kitchen and sitting room, unique bathroom, nice size bedrooms, quirky architecture -- a perfect oasis! The pool area is so tranquil. The swimming pool and hot tub is much larger than expected, and both are in perfect condition and clean. The outdoor furniture was great too! Host was helpful and friendly. Property is private and secure. Cannot wait to return!

This villa is truly stunning. It was the perfect size for our two families of four, we absolutely loved spending time in the house and pool, plus it is in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca as well as several family-friendly activities. Buenavilla Vacation Rental were extremely attentive and helpful both in the run up to our stay, and for the duration of the stay itself. We had a wonderful holiday and made many precious memories. We all loved this huge and eccentric holiday home. Wonderfully quiet village, lovely sheltered pool area and courtyard to escape the Lanzarote wind. Close to so many interesting areas. Our 9yr old especially loved the huge shower with the volcanic rock walls and the pool! Shower was good and hot. Mattresses, duvets & pillows very good. Jesus Maria was the perfect host.

We rented this apartment for a week and didn’t regret it for a moment. The place is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. It has everything you might need, and the beds are comfortable. The view from the window includes volcanoes, a charming red house, and the ocean — you can not only see it but also hear it, which adds a special atmosphere. The apartment’s nautical style brought a touch of romance. We had a wonderful time on the island. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality! Everything was great!

Nous avons passé un séjour dépaysant dans ce logement atypique à Yaiza ! La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, la vue est absolument magnifique et l'endroit est très calme. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et la sérénité de l'endroit, parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un havre de paix à Yaiza. Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

La casa di Pepa è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, con una meravigliosa vista panoramica sul mare e su Fuerteventura, oltre che sui vulcani che la circondano. Si raggiunge tramite una breve strada sterrata facilmente percorribile. Parcheggio per l'auto comodo e adiacente all'ingresso. La casa è arredata con gusto e ha tutto ciò che serve. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto conoscere Pepa e Roland di persona perché in vacanza, ma abbiamo conosciuto i loro gatti, che sono stati gli unici esseri viventi che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno nella "casita". Pepa è comunque stata sempre pronta a rispondere telefonicamente a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. La casita si trova a 10/15 minuti di auto dalle cittadine circostanti dotate di tutti i servizi. Inoltre la posizione centrale permette di raggiungere rapidamente tutti i luoghi di interesse dell'isola. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca tranquillità, privacy e pace!

Lovely villa in a quiet little village. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance. Nazaret it a bit more remote so you need a hire car but lots of lovely towns closeby. The villa has a lovely pool, albeit very cold in May. Plenty outdoor space to lounge about and eat and drink. Decor was typically spanish, kitchen is well kitted out, although fridge could do with upgrade due to missing bottle holder on door. Bathrooms and bedrooms were simple but more than adequate. Host was very helpful but unobtrusive. Overall would definitely recommend this villa.

El alojamiento ha cumplido todas nuestras expectativas. Además de estar todo súper limpio, la atención ha sido excelente, la terraza con piscina privada una maravilla y es el apartamento más completo donde yo nunca me he alojado.Tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea de 10. We stayed for 2 weeks. Met by Victor who showed us around the house and explained everything we needed to know. House was spotless and a cleaner came after the first week, pool cleaned weekly. Highly recommended an excellent villa. The mattress toppers are really good. The master bedroom has a seating area with tv like a suite in a hotel. Pool table and football table. A lovely bottle of local wine and fruit on arrival. The kitchen has all you could need plus a utility room with washing machine. We had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Second time staying with María and couldn’t recommend it more. Perfect location, walking distance from the main strip. Peaceful accommodation that gets lots of sun. The accommodation has everything you need and is perfect for a relaxing break away!

About a 15 min walk from ‘the strip’ - this perfect little bit of paradise was my ideal stay. Felt safe. Apartment was as described and immaculately presented. Great amenities including plenty of towels. Ice cold air con, right by the pool, lovely patio area, lovely shower. I literally cannot fault it. Oscar was efficient and communicative.

Had a fantastic break, no hassle, Ruperto great, got back to us no problem if we had questions. Love the location and Matagorda, can't wait to go back.

Had a great stay in this apartment, would stay here again and highly recommend. It had everything we needed, with lots of spare towels, beach towels and toiletries we could use. Great location, just a short walk to the strip with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We used both exits depending on where we were going and didn’t find the stairs too much. The pool area was clean and always had lots of available sunbeds. Pedro and Vinka were great hosts and were very helpful before and during our stay.

Séjour très agréable chez Eva qui est très accueillante, prévenante , discrète tout en étant dispo pour rendre service . L'appartement est bien situé sur l'ile malgré la proximité de l'aéroport et permet de bien sillonné l'île. Proximité de nombreux commerce. Visite quotidienne d'un paon majestueux dans le jardin privé. Appartement très bien équipé et propre.

Parfait Cette maison est extrêmement bien située pour se promener pendant une semaine sur l’île Quel plaisir le soir de revenir dans cet endroit si calme Tout est parfait dans la maison : 2 chambres , une salle de bain, un coin cuisiné pour faire nos dîners le soir et la terrasse pour les petits déjeuners et dîners complètement abritée du vent Nous avons été accueilli par Bruno le mari d’Annette et il a été très accueillant Nous avons pu profiter un peu de la piscine chauffée ( le temps était capricieux) Un excellent séjour si nous en avons l’occasion nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Le logement de Sergio est idéalement situé dans la commune de Costa Teguise, 10min à pieds de la plage et des commerces. Il y a de tout à proximité (plage, commerces, supérettes, station de taxis, pharmacie, restaurants) et même prochainement un LIDL à 2min en voiture. Au delà de la proximité, c’est un emplacement idéal pour explorer l’île de Lanzarote dans sa globalité. Le logement en lui même fût impeccable, très bien rangé et propre. La piscine était bien entretenue, propre au milieu d’une résidence paisible et reposante. Je souligne l’accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée : bouteille d’eau et bouteille de vin rouge local. Sergio a été très réactif et très sympathique, nous vous recommandons vivement son logement, pour sa propreté, son emplacement et son calme.
