A five-minute walk from a nice shopping mall with a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, and a movie theater. Parking is available on the street and generally at the apartment door. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.
