Its design was conceived from recycling, based on two containers with their history lived in so many trips, decorated with furniture bought at auctions and some "rescued" from Montevideo dump trucks, all restored by me. Built in a unique space, surrounded by pine trees, 4 blocks from the river, with the sunrise that accompanies your breakfasts on the deck or living room. Located on the main street, opposite the airport and 200 meters from the highway.

Increible casa moderna en chacra con 100 m de costa de río a 150 km de CABA. Se accede por tierra, es un loteo cerrado de chacras, con caminos no transitados por terceros. A 20 min del pueblo de Villa Paranacito. Tiene fogon con parrilla, muelle para pesca, río navegable y seguro, kayaks. Dos has de campo para pasear. Increíbles fogones, almuerzos en la galería, desayunos mirando el campo y atardeceres sobre el río. Un oasis de paz muy cerca de la ciudad. Se alquila solo para uso familiar.

Comfortable, practical and cozy accommodation located steps from the Carmelo Bridge and 1 km from Seré Beach. It has a large garden surrounded by vegetation that makes it unique. It has a grill, earthen oven, and stove. It is an integrated space (loft) with a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom. It has a large living room with a sailor's bed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed linen and towels are included. Private entrance and parking inside the house.
