Cuddly tiny house built of natural building materials for 2 people (with baby) in a quiet location about 1 km from the La Paloma dream beaches, 1.5 km from the bus station and 2.5 km from the center. Parking, Wi-Fi, alarm system, outdoor grill and shopping (small grocery store and bakery about 150 m) are available. No additional electrical appliances are allowed except cell phones and laptops. In the cold season, we provide a gas stove. The price of consumption is not included in the rent.

Absolute 10/10. Mariella is a treasure and was always available when I needed something or had a question. The accommodation is a small but very nice house next to her house. The garden and the terrace are shared, but you have a lot of privacy thanks to a dividing wall. Very nicely furnished, everything clean and equipped with a pellet stove for the winter. You can use the washing machine for free, which was super helpful. The kitchen is well equipped! There is also the sweetest dog in the world, she came to my terrace every morning to cuddle. The use of the oven costs 200 pesos extra per filling (only as a reference)

The listing is completely true to reality, even the kitchen was a little more stocked than we expected. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable for everyone as it has several environments and all comfortable. Daniela and Mariela (property manager in La Paloma) were available for minor inquiries or inconveniences. That the house is facing the sea is priceless and is also meters from a beautiful descent so you can go to the sea walking. As a personal appreciation I want to add that the atmosphere was very welcoming to the whole group. Thank you Daniela and Mariela!

Great stay. The house is simple but very cozy and complete. As we went with our dog, the large courtyard was very helpful. We took things from the kitchen but ended up not using it, since it had everything in the house. Even bicycles and beach items have, very useful. Outside that the communication with Mara was excellent.

We were a month, and we spent at home,the house is super comfortable on rainy, hot and cool days, we were touched all the climates and even an emergency appendicitis operation, Virginia was aware of my evolution and the house was key for the comfort for the post-operative,the complete kitchen utensils, air conditioning, we will be back next summer without hesitation, a great choice home Ser!!!

La Pedre getaway? Cabin with a wood-burning stove

A very nice cottage to stay. Very nice people who rent it out. A tree was blowing against the cottage, which she immediately signaled and immediately solved it. Very nice! In high season, there is more to experience in the immediate vicinity than now. In the off season everything in the village is closed and you have to go to La Paloma for restaurants or groceries. A tip: go to Valle de la Luna, a very nice piece of nature near the cottage. We bought wood from a local for the wood stove. Very much enjoyed. In the mornings it is fresh and with only the air conditioning it is not easy to get warm downstairs.

Very good accommodation in an excellent location one block from the Anaconda beach downhill in a very quiet area. The house was comfortable and had a very aprochable roofed outdoor space. Both the check-in and check-out times and were flexible, which allowed us to make the most of every day of the stay. Recommended.
