Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Langosta

Our family stayed here for 8 days and loved it even more than we expected!!! When we had questions, they got back to us and helped with what we needed. Half way through the stay our space was cleaned and it was perfectly done! The pool guy came to clean it and the outdoor space. That area of beach was our favorite! Not too many people and the most incredible view of sunsets. :) Also, added bonus was the monkeys that hung out in the trees at the villa! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay at your slice of paradise!

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

Emily and Florent were super nice and helpful, we felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfect, a nice spot so sit outside, a comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. The beaches are very close by, we loved going to see the sunset in the evenings. We can only recommend this place.

I booked this for my friends bachelorette and it was fantastic. Every question we had was answered right away. They even helped us book activities while we were there. It was a 10/10 experience and would definitely stay again :)

Highly recommend Patrizia’s home for an amazing and special time in Costa Rica. Patrizia and her property manager Rosa were extremely helpful and supportive leading up to and during the trip. They answered all our questions, helped arranged transportation and gave many great local suggestions. The property itself was great, it came fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was very nice. The location of the property was private, secure and quiet and very close to town with the use of a golf cart and is walkable without. We were looking at a few different properties for our stay but we’re very glad we chose this property. Rosa and Patrizia truly went above and beyond and it really made our trip an unforgettable one.

The place is as it appears in the photos, a small apartment with everything you need for a good weekend, it is close to everything and is perfect for traveling with pets.

We had a great experience staying here! The home was perfect for our family’s needs (we have two young children), and the location was in a quiet little neighborhood away from the main hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but a short golf cart ride to the center of town. The included membership at the Langosta Beach Club was a big plus as well. Melissa was an excellent host—she was very responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, including baby items and coordinating a golf cart rental. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we picked this place based off of the pictures and reviews. Like other reviewers say, this goes way above and beyond the pictures shown. Only because it’s impossible to capture the magic of Isaac’s stunning casa. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and it fit our needs plus way more. The view out the back is magical! The infinity pool was everything after a long day of adventuring and being at the beach. Isaac is an incredible host and we are so grateful for him sharing his beautiful home with us. Costa Rica is the most magical place we have been, and Isaac’s place took it to a whole another level of beauty!

This place was pristine! Whoever designed this home had excellent attention to detail. The landscape has grown in nicely since the pictures were taken so the property was even more beautiful than expected. With no adjacent rear neighbor, the trees, foliage and wildlife behind the home are beautiful. In fact, there is only one home adjacent to the property but and it's separated by a pretty good privacy fence. Loved the small surf town of Playa Grande as well!

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

We stayed at Casa Mehiti for 7 days and had a lovely experience. The space was designed to create a feel of shady, peaceful nature and it provided all of that. We spent most days lounging during the mid day when the sun and heat were the strongest. We had early sunrise mornings and afternoons at the beach which was a short walk away (a few minutes). The surfing camp was a couple of minutes short walk as well as the neighbourhood Cafe. It is very quiet which we enjoyed. You may need transportation to go to a vegetable and fruit market as there is none walking distance. The sunsets are incredible. The huts were clean and the bed was really comfy. Jean, his friend and family were all incredibly friendly and a pleasure to have around. We were greeted with welcome drinks in the fridge. Jean offered help and assistance wherever we needed. We got to see monkeys playing in the trees and different kinds of birds. What a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. The beach was perf for surfing.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable and private. Jefrey is an excellent host, he is friendly and accessible. Our stay was in rainy season so the street was in very poor condition, take it into account if you go with a sedan type car, and the villa is a little far from the village where you can buy groceries. Leaving this aside, it is a place that is totally worth visiting.

This was a beautiful place to stay at! If you love to be at a cottage during the summer, this place is definitely for you. The host and his family were super sweet individuals, and always provided great tips when we encountered them. For families with kids, this place would be amazing as it is spacious, has a mini pool and a playground.

We had a great stay at Michels place . Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay and a great host

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

Patricia’s home was precisely what our group was looking for in Costa Rica—spacious enough for 9 people (including two couples), private and safe, full of amenities look cooking supplies, and responsive hosts. Patricia and Susan were more responsive than any host I’ve ever stayed with. They messaged us on Airbnb and other apps for ease of communication, and check-in, which was a breeze, included a tour with the property manager. They also connected us with the most trustworthy, affordable, high-quality transportation and tour company. The property was safe, well air conditioned, comfortable, and easily accessible. If our group finds ourselves in Guanacaste again, we’d love to return to Casa Bella Tortuga once more. You made my partner’s birthday and PhD graduation celebrations all the more special. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Central location and very convenient check in and check out process. Security on the premises were also very nice. Really great we could use the pool as well!

This place is big and perfect for a long stay, or short vacation. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and it’s in a quiet area with a beautiful balcony to bird watch. The beach and beach club were very easy to get to. I one even offered us the use of his golf cart while we were there. The service at the restaurants was amazing. Tom was a fantastic host. He always responded promptly and answered my questions and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. We were able to park in a spot very close to the condo which made coming and going and carrying luggage easy. Highly recommend staying in Tom’s place. You will not be disappointed

My wife and I picked the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the bus to everyone.

what a lovely time here at Casas Pelicanos. we stayed here for 3 days and wish we stayed a bit longer! Sibylle was very friendly, welcoming and overall so pleasant. everything was clean and accessible. loved the outdoor patio, hammock, garden, pool and walkable access to the beach would recommend this place to everyone! need 4x4 for safety reasons, roads are dirt, rock and when raining pot holes filled with water we cooked meals here and then ate at many local restaurants, favorites: Sabor De Mi Tierra & El Fogon de Dona Luisa. local supermarket Junquillal for basic stuff, I recommend stopping at a bigger supermarket on the way from outside towns recommended to stop at Playa Grande, Playa Negra (both have parking with security guard you pay cash colones 2000). playa Negra had monkeys, variety of birds and squirrels. playa grande was by far my favorite- you could walk for ever, take photos on the rocks and of all the shells! just heads up this is Costa Rica, there are bugs everywhere
