Natalia's depto is ideal. The area is residential and very quiet. Filled with trees. It has a warehouse that you can walk to and a supermarket shopping 2 min drive away. You can walk to the beach and it's about a 10 min drive from the peninsula. The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. Just like you see in the photos. I really liked the size of the balcony and the open view it has. Natalia was very kind and always predisposed to everything you could need. I'd come back without hesitation.

We were a few days with my husband and the apt was wonderful, Alicia was always available to us in what we needed. As it is in a downtown area and above a shopping we had everything close, we almost didn't need to go to the beach having the sauna available. It was wonderful, ideal for a couple, we had a very nice time.

The apartment is bigger and nicer than what was appreciated in the photos. The building had external and indoor heated pools, a gym, a pool table, a ping-pong table. There was beach service with lounge chairs and parasols. Everything was great

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. We had the most amazing stay at El Tesoro! The house is full of charm and probably the cutest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The decor is tasteful, the atmosphere incredibly relaxing, and the huge yard is perfect for unwinding. Everything we needed to cook and entertain was readily available. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of everything. Maricel was lovely and very responsive, making our stay even better. It’s simple: we just didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Very attentive Lily, everything is very clean. Excellent mattress, wifi and Smart TV. Chiquito but nothing is missing, as shown in the photos. I was able to leave the car in a safe place. I would definitely come back if I need to stay in Maldonado.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

Although I had a negative comment in the cleanliness, I consider that it escapes the great treatment and love that the host had before every need. because of this important detail does not have a table to eat, it has a breakfast bar.-
