Chalet adosado en bonita urbanización al lado de dos mares. Hay tres habitaciones con baño en suit , una con amplia terraza. Jacuzzi. Salon , cocina y baño en planta baja. Urbanización con piscina y a tres pasos del mar. Garaje privado y cargador de coche eléctrico TESLA. Reformado en Abril 2024. Piscina comunitaria muy tranquila. Frente del centro comercial y al lado del puerto Tomás Maestre, rodeado de restaurantes, bares , farmacia y tiendas. El mejor lugar para olvidarte y disfrutar.

Das wunderschöne und komplett neu renovierte Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss der Apartmentanlage Marinesco 1 nahe des Sporthafens Tomas Maestre auf der Halbinsel la Manga bei KM 12. Es bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und separater Toilette, eine geräumige Küche und ein bezauberndes Wohn-Esszimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse.
