You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

We couldn’t believe it with our eyes when we arrived and saw the view from the villa. Everything was perfect, including the caretaker Lisbeth and her husband, the nicest woman we’ve ever met, she was there to help us with local recommandations, breakfast, the place was so clean because of her! The villa definitely has the prettiest view of San Juan. I recommend you go there with a rented car tho because the taxi is kind of expensive! Except that the place was perfect, it’s private but it’s still not that far from the city center. Would go back for sure!

His energy is incredible, warm, uplifting, and full of positivity. He’s one of the kindest and most genuine hosts we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, Rolland made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and loves sharing the magic of Popoyo. People in Germany always talk about wanting to live in paradise. then you should come to Toño. He actually had another reservation in a hotel and only wanted to spend the first night with Tonio and then canceled the other reservation and stayed here for four days because it was so nice :) 5 stars!

on all my travels, this is one of the most well thought out, beautiful airbnb experiences I have ever had. the morning breakfast with the view, followed by a swim in the infinity pool to start each day was nothing short of incredible for my wife and I. Michael provided snacks in the room, local recommendations for food and activities and has scooters you can rent as well (you will want transport to enjoy everything SJDS has to offer) if I could give more than 5 stars I would

10/10 experience, when I checked in I wasn't feeling the greatest but Chris made me feel like I was at home, super attentive. Also the place is stunning, a boutique hotel with a restaurant (No scrambling for food/ Paying ridiculous delivery prices) Room was super clean and lovely, you definitely get enough privacy as they are not beside the amenities. I was sick so I didn't eat much but the juices were FRESH and the food that I did eat was great! Would recommend and I would definitely stay again.
