A nice property off the beaten path. It is a few miles out of Tamarindo with decent roads to get to the house. Beautiful nature surrounding the house. Carolina is very responsive and made our stay easy.

There are beautiful beaches around this place. The pool is great for kids and grown ups, heated naturally by the sun, so at night it has a great temperature. The house is as described, very confortable and good beds.

Alexa was super responsive, location was great. We enjoyed the pool beautiful sunset view. The house was fully equipped we cooked our own diners, everything we needed was there. The house is way up so takes about 5 minutes to get in and out of the property but that wasn't a problem for us. It being gated and with a guard at main entrance made us feel safe. Would definitely book again.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

This place is a gem! The location is perfect for exploring the area, the house is stylish and comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

Wow! This place was amazing for our family’s stay in Costa Rica. The pool was a huge hit and we frequently came back mid day to refresh and then go get some dinner. The big double opening doors were awesome in the mornings to let in the sounds of the surrounding wildlife. One of our last nights we went to El Beach Club in playa grande and had an awesome meal. Definitely worth checking out if you stay here! Our kids loved the 2 Cats that seem to frequent the property and were super cute and pleasant. All in all don’t hesitate to stay here if you are looking at this area. It’s a bit of a drive to Tamarindo, but it is really nice at the end of the day to come back to the peace that this offers. We loved it! Great place and amazing hosts!

We had a great stay at Shy’s beautiful brand new home! It was clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard & pool, it was a private oasis. Perfect for 2 families with kids! We each had our own master suite with ensuite, and the kids had their own space in the bunk bed room. Definitely recommend!

We LOVED our stay here. Felt right at home! Extremely nice to have the extra beach and pool amenities during our stay as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We loved your daughters restaurant suggestions and visited a couple of her list. Walking distance to a beach and a several restaurants as well as a small coffee shop and market. Just overall had a great stay.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

Enis was our host and she was wonderful. She promptly responded to any questions or issues that we had. She was always readily available. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The pool and patio area is spectular. Everything you need is very close to the house. Some lovely restaurants, with live entertainment great food and service. and the sunsets!!Grocery stores and beaches are close as well. This was our second time staying in Potrero but our first time at Enis'. Potrero is a wonderful little town that has something for everyone. We will definitely be back for a third time.

Beautiful home and fantastic place to stay in Playa Grande. New, clean and exquisitely decorated with a nice pool and private backyard / patio area. Would definitely recommend. Not truly beachfront per se, but a short walk down an adjacent path a few steps away and you are right at the beach. Great hosts. En-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Truly a wonderful place to stay! Perfect for our group of 10 adults/couples. Hope to return again soon!

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

First foreign experience on Airbnb...Great stay! We enjoyed the villa, pool, and outdoor terrace attached to the bedrooms. Wishlist for the playa Conchal which is nearby by car. To relax and rest, it's a great place. Marie is very welcoming and quickly responds to our questions.

Everything was perfect.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

This place was pristine! Whoever designed this home had excellent attention to detail. The landscape has grown in nicely since the pictures were taken so the property was even more beautiful than expected. With no adjacent rear neighbor, the trees, foliage and wildlife behind the home are beautiful. In fact, there is only one home adjacent to the property but and it's separated by a pretty good privacy fence. Loved the small surf town of Playa Grande as well!

We had an amazing stay at Casa La Jolla! Located in a quiet, gated community about 20 minutes from Tamarindo, it was the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to town. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Jeff was a fantastic host—his communication was excellent, and he checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Any time we had a question or request, he responded right away. We highly recommend Casa La Jolla and would absolutely stay here again!

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back—and we’re already telling our friends around the world to book your place too!

Great communicators, very knowledgeable about the area and things to do, immediate responsiveness to anything that was needed, and just amazing overall people! The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Lots of wild at the house too! Pura Vida

Amazing hosts, they were there for whatever we needed and we were even treated to Steven’s chef skills a few times. They also helped us book excursions. I would definitely recommend. The host does live on site, which we found convenient and helpful.
