Monthly Rentals in Playa Punta Negra

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for beautiful beach views and peace and quiet (except for the roar of the surf). There’s really only one restaurant within walking distance, but cabs into town are easy to catch.

The Department is very comfortable, the view is incredible, the beach is beautiful, perfect for rest, 20 minutes from the Malecon, the people in the building are friendly and respectful, super recommended. Without Douda I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay with wonderful sea views. It has an elevator to go down to the pool and beach. We loved the restaurant next door. We visited it several times and everything was delicious. We rented a car but we regretted it because there are taxis wherever you want. A great stay! 👍
