Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. excellent stay in Cancun, the accommodation is in a great location, nearby you will find a shopping center, restaurants, a park with lots of small stalls , entertainment and restaurants. the accommodation is large, clean , the pool is really a very pleasant plus. we stayed with two in this accommodation, we felt like we were at home. it has a washing machine available to you, lots of towels, shampoo, after shampoo, shower gel... everything to make your accommodation, the ideal accommodation. the host is very responsive. if I come back to Cancun I will come back to this accommodation which had been our favorite of the departure and is even more so today. the place is really better in real life than in the photo. do not hesitate if you are looking for a quiet little corner on Cancun with pool and all amenities nearby.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was really done to make us comfortable. Hendrick is really very friendly, very responsive and very efficient. He arranged transportation for our trips from our arrival at the airport to our departure (including trips between our different Airbnbs). At the location of the house, I think it's good to have a car or take taxis to visit.

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Ale was always on the lookout for everything, he informed me of all the details, the place was very clean, spacious, just like in the photos, very safe, I highly recommend it and of course I would return.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing place for the price! Augustin is very helpful and quick to respond. We loved having his help in booking some excursions. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay here, and so did my dog! The garden area was perfect for morning coffee, or an evening nightcap. Parque Gaia is literally steps away, so I took my dog for walks there everyday. (We saw a while family of Iguanas!) I didn't have a car, but found getting around very easy. There is a huge mall, several restaurants, a Petco, and the Malecon all within walking distance. Oh, and Elisa next door is super sweet!! I will definitely try to book again next time I'm in Cancun! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

Good host, lots of information/instructions and quick response. Nice place, we stayed there with 1 baby and 1 child of 4. We thought it was doable. Space is not very large, but sufficient. Equipped with everything you need and looks beautiful! Wonderful swimming pool and fine beach. Great price/quality!!

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security personnel at the entrance are very courteous. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but is comparatively expensive. The return journey is going well with Uber.

Will come again, this space was beautiful and well maintained. Nearly 15-25 minutes away from everything. Edain was a very cool person, very responsive when questions needed to be answered. The room was excellent. Other people that was staying at the estate , you’ll barely know anybody is staying there because everybody leaving different times and getting up different times so everything will just be quiet most of the time.

This place looked exactly like the pictures and it has beautiful views. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The rooftop also has a great view of the city. The place was clean and easy to find. I would stay here again!!

Me and my wife had an amazing time in cancun, this is an amazing place to stay if you ever visit cancun. High recommended. I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week at the condo and we loved it. The location and view from the patio was perfect. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool. Our coffee pot broke and they brought us a new one. They responded quickly any time I reached out. The smart tvs were great and we had plenty of space for our stuff. If we go back to Cancun, we would stay here again.

This airbnb space was great! Had everything we needed and more. It’s very cozy and spacious. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly & responsive. We even had coffee waiting for us! The area isn’t the best, but if you have a car it’s quick to get around to the more popular areas. The ubers are super cheap too! The location is safe and check-in is easy.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete, just like the description! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is a lot to do in the region. Abril is an excellent host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

The apartment is great, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. I really enjoyed your stay! However, some points can be improved: the water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink is very weak, which can be a little uncomfortable. There is also a little noise in the surroundings - those who have light sleep may find it difficult to sleep. On the other hand, the pool is excellent for relaxing after a tiring day, although the water is at room temperature. Overall, it was a great experience!
