Had a great stay at Mike’s apartment. Will definitely return when in Cancun. The apartment is spacious and clean and the rooftop pool is great too. We enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais le logement était propre et les lits confortables. Nous avons trouvé facilement le logement et avons pu y accéder sans problème.

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue impecable: siempre atento, súper amable y disponible para resolver cualquier duda al instante. ¡De verdad, se nota que ama lo que hace y cuida cada detalle para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable! La casa es simplemente espectacular. Todo estaba impecable y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con dos baños amplios, y una sala climatizada perfecta para relajarse, con un sofá cama súper cómodo. La mesa comedor para 4 personas también la usamos como mesa de juegos en varias ocasiones, lo cual fue un plus divertidísimo. La cama queen muy cómoda,La cocina está totalmente equipada, Además, tiene asador, lavadora y secadora, lo cual hace todo aún más conveniente. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar la hermosa piscina… Tener cochera disponible también nos dio mucha tranquilidad.Zona muy segura!

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Amazingly responsive host, easy experience with check in and check out. Close enough to the fun stuff in the hotel zone far enough away that it was not super noisy. Downside. not all all toddler ready but we where able to deal with it. Property is an older property and not on the beach but it was well worth the money plenty of space and good air conditioning.

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

el departamento está muy lindo (coincide al 100 con las fotografías), cuenta con todas las amenidades que se requieren en un hogar, de tal manera que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada, más que por disfrutar. Las albercas están lindas, limpias y con la temperatura adecuada para nadar, además de que cuenta con con palapas agradables para quien no desee nadar. Y en cuanto a la atención recibida, está fue muy buena, ya que siempre están al pendiente de las necesidades y dudas que tengamos. Realmente te hacen sentir como en casa. Recomendable al 100

todo estuvo genial.. una buena opción para conocer Cancún si quieres ahorrar en alojamiento, hay restaurantes cerca, o si vas de paso está a 15 mins a del aeropuerto en taxi, si me volvería quedar. cienta con dispensadores para la ducha por si ya no quieres abrir maletas como yo.
