A strategic location to enjoy as a family. 10 minutes from Piriapolis and 30 minutes from Punta del Este, 500 meters away, is the resort's shopping center, supermarket, restaurant, butcher shop, ice cream parlor. It's an ideal place to rest. The beach is suitable for swimming and there is a lifeguard in season. The resort is a quiet place to enjoy the sea and sun, and just minutes away from all the nightlife.

Enjoy with the whole family in this quiet place. 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of Playa Verde. Area with restaurants and services nearby. Ideal for resting in summer and winter as it has a wood stove and cold/heat air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV and wifi. Spacious garden with grillboard and covered deck. House for 5 people, with two four and one bathroom. Electricity is charged separately for having three devices. A maximum of one pet is accepted in responsible ownership

Free Wi-Fi and prepaid Direct TV. Mosquito net and bars on all doors and windows. Linen service for stays longer than one week. Bath towels available but not as a service, they are a courtesy. Comfortable house on Playa Verde.

It is a house built with maritime containers, very comfortable and functional of 90 m2 and is located 300m from "la Falda" beach. It has 3 bedrooms The kitchen is integrated into a large dining room with large windows that give great view to the patio and front. It has outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day. At the exit to the courtyard there is a large covered living room to be able to cook wood and in the courtyard there is a hot tub.
