The living room is outside on the terrace with pool view. The kitchenette is well equipped. It is a colonial style building with a small but pretty swimming pool. The area is quiet and to minutes from Carrizalillo beach, nice restaurants, mini super, boutiques, drug store, and other services.

On the ground floor: the entrance, two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a convenient kitchenette for enjoying the pool without having to go upstairs. It is located two blocks from the beach, right between Zicatela and La Punta, one of the favorite beaches for our visitors. It is a bright and quiet space, where you will find peace. Marea Yoga Studio works on the terrace, which gives a plus to all the guests who enjoy yoga and the good life.
