Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Zipolite

This is truly a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a short walk to the water. Some days we walked to Mazunte and others we could easily get buses that go by frequently. There is a great restaurant with an ocean view very close by. Ana is very responsive and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The AC is great. Our apartment was cleaned every two days by the wonderful Maria. I’m looking forward to returning here in the future.

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one month, and this Airbnb had everything we needed! Julien and Adriana are lovely hosts and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect for our needs. The Airbnb is on a hill at one end of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the Airbnb is at one end of town, Mazunte is so small and walkable, there were no issues getting around. (For reference, you can leisurely stroll across town to San Agustinillo in less than 30 minutes.) A reliable l Internet connection is really important for me because I work remotely, and there were no issues with the Starlink Internet. There is air conditioning throughout the entire unit (both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom). I thought I liked the heat, but I can’t imagine spending a month in Mazunte without air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to all my friends and family!

I fell in love immediately. the space is incredible, plenty of room indoors & a magical balcony with unbelievable views. falling asleep and waking to the rhythm of the ocean...pure bliss. private setting, yet close to all that is needed. Natalie is a wonderful woman. kind and helpful from the start, and continues to be through your stay. you're in great hands.

It is a great place, very central and close to the main beach, comfortable and easy to access, it matches the photographs and descriptions. A good place to get to know and enjoy Zipolite

Everything was perfect! Super peaceful place with a stunning view

The apartment is clean and spacious enough for two. We loved hanging out on the large balcony hearing the waves crash. The place is about a 18 minute walk to the Zipolite strip which we did even at night and felt safe. Thanks Martha for the great hospitality.

Beautiful loft very close to the beach and lots of food and nightlife. And at the same time very private located. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Tip: rent a scooter, then you can easily discover Zipolite and Mazunte.

This place is great. It has everything. The Aircon works well, the kitchen is fully functional, everything is new. Location wise it's literally 20seconds walk to the best part of the beach! To go to town, both Zipolite and the beautiful Mazunte I'd recommend renting a motorbike on site as it's not in the centre (3 min ride, no helmet needed, super safe road). I really recommend this fully furnished cute appartement!

Since we arrived we felt very comfortable; the house was super clean and the rules are concise and clear. The bedrooms and toilets were super clean and overall, everything was excellent. I recommend it for a pleasant rest with an incredible view of the sea.

Wow! This Airbnb was amazing and well worth the stay! Spacious, beautiful and amazing views. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had and even provided some extra items that we were not prepared with that helped make our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place for a family or a chill group of friends. Loved it!

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed here for a few nights, and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. The place is truly incredible: comfortable, spacious, stylish, and unique, all while being quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Amalia is the kindest and most amazing. She made us feel completely at home with her warmth and hospitality, and her support was truly special. On top of that, she’s an incredible cook, preparing any meal we wanted with the freshest ingredients, including a mix of traditional Mexican food, fish and even a barbecue night. Jerome was a fantastic host. Super hands-on and always ready with excellent recommendations for beaches and activities, making sure we got the best experience possible. A huge thank you to Jerome and Amalia.

Had a wonderful stay here for 2 months, beautiful views during the day of Mermejita beach and at night to see the stars. The hosts were always responsive and helpful when anything was needed. The place was overall, quiet and peaceful and you're surrounded by the sound of the ocean. It's a little ways from town, I walked a few times but would recommend getting a scooter for transport to stay here!

Quiet, spacious place. Emphasize that there are climbs to get there. And if there were details with the internet signal, it's not weak. Only one device could be connected, more than 1 everything was slow. Even so, it's really nice and the idea is to go out and walk

Lovely little hideaway on the main road in Mazunte. The communal spaces are inviting and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with cleaner and better stuff than in some other places. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and accommodating, as is the cleaning lady who comes around most days. The room we had was a little hot, but there was a ceiling fan and a standing fan that worked wonderfully. Even so, the nights were a little challenging because the rooms don’t cool off very easily and the coast is just generally very hot this time of year.

The location and access was very good,the instructions were clear, everything was clean and tidy, Sergio's service was excellent. I highly recommend the place.

Luna was very friendly always, she looked for me at the airport for a fair price as my flight arrived night. It is a good option to be close to the airport. She was always respectful and helpful.
