Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playacar Beach

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Spent my bachelorette party at Villa Mayan Breeze and it was the best weekend ever! Easy check-in, awesome location steps from the beach, and the hosts gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. 10/10 would book again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend with my best friends!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Estancia muy bonita, de hecho más bonita que en las fotos, Mary estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros dándonos instrucciones bastante útiles, cerca hay Oxxo y super aunque si es necesario un transporte para poder llegar fácilmente a la quinta Av.

Great space in the private gated area of playacar. Taxi was just a few minutes away from fifth Avenue. Clean space. Wish there was better hot water (only lasted in 30 second spurts). Taxi stand outside complex super convenient. Restaurants 10 minute walk. OXXO just 5 minutes. Golf cart service was key as it was hard to get to some places like Starbucks. The Reef hotel access was nice but often full to use. Overall, I recommend this place.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, This place is a perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

Fantastic place! The beds were comfy and everything was beautifully updated. We made a wishlist of things we want on our home! It was great to have 3 bathrooms available and it was crazy helpful to have filtered water so readily available. Wonderful location, close to the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen but on a super quiet street. The beach is really close. We went during the wrong season for beach time but the place was fully stocked with all you would need to go to the beach with kids. We can't say enough good things about the property managers- they were incredibly helpful and so kind. If we plan another trip to the area, we would definitely stay again!

Loved the Condo...central location in Playa, great restaurants right around the corner, and your own private pool. Made watching sunsets our favorite thing to do during our stay!

The apartment it’s beautiful. Perfect location steps away from 5th Ave, restaurants, and nightlife. Stefano was a great host, he was always available to answer all my questions. Would definitely be back!!

Zentrale Lage. Trotzdem ruhig. Apartment im 2. Stock. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. WLAN sehr gut. Pool im 6. Stock toll. Gab aber leider viele Mosquitos, da wäre Fliegennetz sehr hilfreich gewesen. Wohnung roch von Anfang an ein bisschen moddrig. Dieser Geruch ging auch kaum weg.

El departamento está en una zona tranquila,además está súper equipado y de fácil acceso y lo mejor que la playa nos tocó con mínimo sargazo.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here
