Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playacar

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

If I had to pick one feature about the place - that would be location: 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a quiet security-protected community [ don't forget your wrist band !! :) ], 15 minutes from the nearest restaurants on the 5th Avenue. Taxi was easy to catch at the Riu hotel (opposite side of the street, 5 minutes walk) - prices are listed upfront, drivers accept credit cards (10% extra charge is listed too). So, no surprises. The townhome is not brand new, but clean; equipment (washer/dryer/gas stove ...) work fine. We, family of 4 = 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 15yo) used pool a lot around noon - nobody was there most of the time. HVAC cooled the bedrooms on the 2nd floor better when the fan was set to low or medium - not to hi (a bit counterintuitive, so thanks to host for help with that). Very good mattresses (usually it is an issue for us). 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are available behind small doors under the stairs (1st floor). A bottle of wine was waiting for us - nice!

This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the communication with Nimsi. I would definitely stay there again. The house is very good, the amenities are very good, everything is in perfect condition. Thank you very much for having me and my family 💞

Quiet place and very secure

Manuel's depa super delicious to spend these days, it was wonderful, super clean, a bed to rest beautiful, just because it had to go to the beach and parks, but we stayed to watch series and movies, in truth, the bed is delicious for rest, super close to the beach, walking 15 min, super recommended, we will definitely return, thank you Manuel, we pass it luxury.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is not far from 5th Ave. The beach is also within walking distance. We also liked that there was a pool in the residential complex. The area is safe and the neighborhood is very nice and friendly.

It's an excellent place if your plan is to visit several places. It's comfortable, beautiful and even when we didn't go out, the pool relaxed us. It's ideal for couples

The apartment is great, very comfortable and just like the photos. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks. We will definitely stay at this place again.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

The apartment was very clean and modern, everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great neighborhood, quiet but super close to 5th Ave and close to the beach as well. Kaitlin was by far one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with, she responded to all of our questions no matter what time it was and was always very helpful.

The apartment was great. Had everything you need for the stay. Wifi was great also. Had no problems. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Great location, so close to the beach and private beach entrance. They even had all the things you need for the beach like chairs and umbrellas. Would go back 100%

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Stay Cielo was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room was just as gorgeous as the pictures, with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We'd love to stay again!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.
