Beautiful apartment in the best location!

The apartment is located in the shopping area just steps from the best beach in the north area of the island. Also very close to the best warehouses and restaurants. At night it is a quiet and safe place, far from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled. It has two air-conditioned rooms, two full bathrooms (with shower), living room, dining room and a small kitchen fully equipped.

Etiana’s is located on “Little Hill” in the Middle of San Andres to the east. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The view from Sun Deck dominates the Harbor offering breathtaking Scenic view of The Cays and the colorful 7 seas. Please note that you have to climb two staircases to get to the Apt since it’s on the third floor. But the reward will be great since you will have one of the Best views of the Island.
