Holiday rentals with beach access in Plazhi i Golemit

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location at the beach

Could not find a better accommodation in Dürres. Tomáš is a very good host, he responded quickly to questions and had an incredibly nice home. It was clean and cozy, nice bed. The terrace basks in the sun during the day and there is a nice view. Just a minute to the beach and restaurants. We will return here ☺️

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets near. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

We stayed in Edmond's apartment and we have to say that the photos correspond to reality, beautiful apartment, very clean and very functional, very close to the sea, the Golem area is very beautiful and with little money you can eat at the restaurant, if you do not rent a car it is difficult to get around, the only alternative is the taxi, better if booked from the app. We also want to emphasize the kindness of our super host Edmond, always available and friendly, we recommend him to everyone,

The apartment is as described, very cozy, equipped with everything you needed and more. Located directly on the beach. Very good contact with the owner, hassle-free change to leave the place. Feel free to recommend this listing to others, they'll be happy if they're hoping for decent conditions at a good price and with a great location for sunbathing. A small parking lot on the block, but clever ones always find something.

Pleasant house close to the sea on foot (2mn) and all amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and responsive host.

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

If you want to make a holiday in Durrës and this place is available dont think twice! I have visited several places in Balkans but this place is my all time favorite. Super clean, offers an amazing view, but most importantly a thoughtful host. İ would like to say “Thanks for everything” publicly…

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive.
