Holiday rentals with beach access in Plazhi i Golemit

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Apparement très chaleureux, très propre et très fonctionnel. L’appartement est équipé de tout ce dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin, du coton tige dans la salle de bain au cure-dent dans la cuisine (serviettes, sèche-cheveux, fer et table à repasser…). Laurent est un hôte très sympathique qui a cherché à ce que nous soyons bien installées. Je recommande totalement ! Merci encore Laurent

Mikhail a été un hôte exceptionnel, très flexible et attentionné. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport en pleine nuit et nous a même raccompagnés à la gare routière très tôt le matin de notre départ. L’appartement était encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une vue incroyable. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Merci encore Mikhail pour ton accueil !

Perfect location at the beach

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was clean and tidy, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place to future guests!🥰🌹🫶🏼

het appartement is groot met ruime slaapkamers en kledingkasten. 1 slaapkamer had geen verduisterende gordijnen dit was erg jammer. appartementcomplex is rustig maar wel veel herrie van buiten. Als je zelf niet vroeg naar bed gaat is het prima anders oordoppen voor lichte slapers. Miranda zelf is top! Miranda is altijd bereikbaar en geeft tips, regelde ook een nieuw wasrek.

Kunde inte hittat ett bättre boende i Dürres. Tomáš är en mycket bra värd, han svarade snabbt vid frågor och hade ett otroligt fint hem. Det var rent och mysigt, skön säng. Terassen badar i sol under dagen och det är fin utsikt. Bara någon minut till stranden och restauranger. Vi kommer att återvända hit ☺️

Maison agréable proche de la mer à pieds (2mn) et de toute commodités. Beaucoup de restaurants et de cafés. Hôte très sympa et très réactif.

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Posizione ottima per il mare, 2 min dalla spiaggia e dai negozi. Appartamento di recente costruzione, dotato del necessario e dell’ aria condizionata. Situato in un residence tranquillo è una palazzina di sole 3 unità. Parcheggio dentro al residence garantito. L’host gentile e reattivo. Tutto era come nella descrizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.! Se passiamo da quelle parti torniamo volentieri a soggiornare nell’appartamento di Emarilda. Grazie e alla prossima!

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

Å komme inn i denne leiligheten var som å åpne døren til en bortgjemt perle i et ellers litt kaotisk nabolag. Vi følte oss hjemme og godt mottatt med én gang! Balkongen er nydelig, og vi tilbrakte mesteparten av tiden i Durrës der. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt så en av kveldene laget vi middag i leiligheten og den andre dro vi på en av de lokale anbefalingene vi fikk av Erjon. Det var pakket ferdig en strandbag og stoler som vi kunne ta med rett over veien på stranda! Så utrolig koselig! Det var frisk frukt på bordet og vin til velkomst. Virkelig forseggjort. Erjon svarte alltid raskt og delte tydelige induksjoner. Dette stedet er et must om du skal besøke Durrës!
