Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pleasant Hill

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

Such a beautiful home on gorgeous land in a special neighborhood. Bill is a wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone.

We stay in airbnbs for work travel almost monthly. This is by far the most special house. The beds are so comfortable! That is a rarity. It's a fun house with tons of games and a great yard. I can't say enough about how great this house is. You can tell from the start how much the host puts into making sure his guests have a great time.

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

A very clean space as well pet friendly! They are very responsive 10/10 would recommend and in plan to stay again in the future. Beautiful space for a family that is traveling!

Great instructions, easy to get to, everything was within walkable distance.

Although my partner and I initially stayed here for practical reasons, we had such a delightful time we agreed we would enjoy returning here just to revisit the beautiful surroundings and the kindness of the host. Although the space, as advertised, is ideal for individuals, it was also really quite comfortable for a couple used to traveling and with a focus on study, meditation or career. From the stunning sunrises set to a chorus of beautiful birdsong to the hospitality of the host, our stay here was a great experience and we hope to return one day, just to have the opportunity to sit in this lovely and serene garden overlooking the beautiful valley and the hills beyond.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

A private, peaceful apartment that was very homey. And priced very reasonably compared to others in the same vicinity within Walnut Creek . We’re attached to the hosts’ home but they are always helpful but never intrusive. And very friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciate the ease and flexibility as it was a temporary place for my mother who was relocating from out of state. It was a pleasant place and great location to all conveniences for her to ease into her transition.

100% recommendable to other guests. Safe and peaceful neighborhood, and lots of convenient places in walkable distance. Definitely will stay again if I need to.

Wilbert's guest house is super nice. It was larger than I thought. I usually think of a guest house as a studio, this is more like a one bedroom house with separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and living space. For me, I was so happy that it is all electric, meaning there is no cancer causing, brain cell killing, gas stove (google it!). And what's more, it's powered by the sun thanks to the solar panels. This unit was super clean! The bed is comfy, the kitchen well adorned. There's is a washer and dryer, though we did not use it. Fenced yard for our dog. Parking is in the driveway and well lit. Hi Jamie! I enjoyed my stay at your place. I felt very safe, it was quiet, felt secluded and was very clean. The only thing that I felt was missing was Kleenex! Also, I wished the outdoor patio furniture had been cleaned off of the leaves. OTW, great place. I would come back.
