It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Conveniently located near the Iowa State Fairgrounds.  This recently updated 1 bedroom duplex sleeps up to 4 people.  Please keep in mind that there is only bedroom and one bathroom.  4 guests are allowed, but you will be more comfortable with 2. The location is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Des Moines. You will have the lower level with an entrance from the front. There is a long term tenant upstairs with sole access to the back deck and entrance from that deck.

Downtown, Drake University, a Major bike trail and marina for canoeing/kayaking the Des Moines River. Clean and cozy with a slightly challenging driveway. There is off street parking though and you can use the garage.
