You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Michaels place felt right at home. The space was cozy and comfortable. My husband and I appreciated Michaels clear instructions, suggestions , and quick communication. I really enjoyed the snack options and as always, can never beat a massage chair. I highly recommend Michaels space. It was clean, cozy, and felt right at home. :)

This is sweet a apartment. Newly renovated and extremely clean. Nice furniture, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Kitchen had all the cooking amenities as well. Nice updated bathroom. Awesome location for a visit in the Mon Valley. A rare find. Joshua went out of his way to assist me with my special request.

This was an affordable and comfortable place to stay for our visit to Pittsburgh. I used to live in the neighborhood and it was great being near all my favorite spots! The room and shared spaces were clean and it was super easy getting in and out. Alexis proactively sent very clear instructions for getting in and made check-in easy.
