Binic is our second home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

My wife and I were very happy to spend a long weekend at Annie's, the accommodation was very good, very good quiet location and close to everything, Annie is a very welcoming and very friendly person. I will probably go back.

We had a wonderful family stay in this perfectly equipped and ideally located apartment. Everything is thought of for comfort and the big plus... the sea view. Listing as described. We appreciated the fact that this accommodation is not only intended for Airbnb rentals but also occupied by the owners. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. And also the cleanliness of the accommodation is a strong point

Last-minute trip, Mathieu was very responsive and reassured me about the late arrival (midnight) which is done independently. Excellent value for money, the apartment has a beautiful view as in the photos, close to the port, shops and a bakery where we had breakfast in front of the port. The apartment is very clean and functional and has all the amenities, the sheets smelled very good. The tip of the reed bed is about ten minutes by car, I recommend the restaurant la roz R if you are passing through you can enjoy the sunset on the beach, a change of scenery is guaranteed! We hope to have the opportunity to return soon :-)

Ideally located on the port of Loguivy, this house is very pleasant to stay in. Its terrace is ideal for observing tidal flows and reflux, boats and wildlife. A real haven of peace. Everything is functional, super clean and very well-equipped. At 7 we had a great time in the living room or kitchen. It is a perfect base for walking along the GR34. The grocery store at Mimi's serves as a bread deposit (very good) and the bistro at Gaud's exudes good humor and authenticity. Thanks Alexia

We’ve had a perfect week at Danielle and Phillipe’s beautiful gite. It’s a private paradise, perfectly located in pretty Paimpol. They provided everything we needed for our stay, including great recommendations for places to visit and welcome crepes and cider. A wonderful week!

Alain is extremely considerate about his accommodation. We found it overwhelming when we first read the long welcome texts and multiple messages. But as our stay progressed, we noticed that he had a deep attachment to his unusual hut. We easily found the accommodation and Gaelle welcomed us with kindness and great flexibility. Access is via a small private path at the end of a short communal path, in a green setting. The places invite calm and contemplation. The accommodation itself is rustic, lovingly maintained and has all the comforts of a regularly inhabited place. The bathroom is outside. The old part (living room with kitchen, living room, toilet and small bedroom) is quite dark unlike the new large bedroom which is very bright (the curtains are not blackout). We had a very pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Thank you

the accommodation offered by Karine was more than in line with the description, with three large bedrooms, a comfortable living space, and a beautiful inner courtyard that allowed us to bring our bikes in. For us it was a great step to enjoy a very nice environment

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). The house is very nice, very clean and everything is as shown in the pictures. The location is very good, you can reach the sea in a few minutes and can take many excursions in the area. Sylvie is a very friendly hostess, who we could always reach well. We spent a very nice vacation in Sylvie's house.

We spent 5 wonderful days here with our dog. The beach is located directly on the property, as well as a sailing school, making the accommodation ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity allow for extended walks with and without dogs. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Communication with Fanny was friendly and impeccable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The view is magnificent on the beach of Rosaires, on which it is pleasant to walk. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
