Our studio is located in Saint Laurent de la Mer, 300 meters from the sea (Plage des Nouëlles), a 5-minute drive from the Port of Le Légé, 10 minutes from the center of Saint-Brieuc. The village with its small shops is within walking distance (bakery, PMU, tobacco bar, supermarket, 500 meters away). Ideal location to discover the bay of Saint-Brieuc and its surroundings or to make a stop if you are hiking on the GR 34, the customs trail, located a few meters away.

The cottage is an idyllic place where you can let yourself be carried away by the waves. A peaceful place, where you can enjoy the beach as if it were private. Our dog and we were delighted to live in this environment. For dog owners, find out when dogs are not allowed on the beach. There are many things in the house to make you feel good. Please note that the shower is narrow, which can be inconvenient for people who need a large shower. Also, for added comfort, you can plan to bring a pair of shoes specifically for indoor use. Small suggested improvement: the replacement of the double mattress that is sagging. The self check-in is very convenient and the managers are very available to answer our questions. It feels like a family home. A true haven of peace. I recommend it for a total disconnection and to refocus on the present moment. We hope to be able to come back.

Excellent stay at Laura's house. The house is very nicely decorated with a beautiful view. Ideally located to visit Saint-Brieuc and beautiful walks nearby. Laura is responsive and was able to advise me on the Art Rock festival. Very nice discovery!

We had a great stay in Karine and Laurent's apartment, the cleanliness was impeccable, the apartment is in superb condition and very well equipped, the environment is quiet, Karine and Laurent were very welcoming and accommodating, they are also very friendly, the contact was excellent. We highly recommend this pied-à-terre where you are sure to have a very good stay.
