Holiday rentals with a patio in Ploče iza grada

This is a wonderful apartment with great views and a balcony that gets morning and evening sun. Our hosts were superb and very kind, leaving lots of basic provisions in the knowledge that we were arriving late on a Sunday and the shops might not be open (by the way, as it happens, there is a small super market very close that is open until late in the evening).

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. We had an amazing time at Marianas place. She welcomed us with open arms and provided us with additional amenities for our 18month old daughter. She was friendly, kind and made us feel at home with some homemade apple pie. The view from the balcony was incredible and made for a beautiful holiday (especially as we spent a bit of time at the house because we had a toddler). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

The place was very nice and private. It had everything as advertised. Bus station was conveniently located. One thing to mention is that there will be lots of stairs, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggages. But the view from the place is really nice and worthwhile. Host was responsive and flexible with our check in as we had to do an early check in.

We stayed here the last leg of our long Croatian trip and it was by far our favorite experience! The outdoor space is so beautiful and peaceful and the view is honestly better than the photos! We were working remotely so having a nice outdoor space was so nice, especially because there were two different places to spread out and the wifi was fast and reliable. Maja went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was friendly and wonderful to communicate with. Inside was super clean and lovely, we felt right at home and comfortable for our 12 day stay. The proximity to town is perfect — so close that the walk is not long but also far enough to get peace and quiet from the crowds. Overall we loved staying here and would totally recommend to anyone!

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

Sandra's apartment was just wonderful! Very cozy, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the Old Town (keep in mind, there are stairs, as everywhere in Dubrovnik). A separate plus is the availability of parking, which is a rarity in this area. Sandra is a great hostess, always in touch and ready to help. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will be happy to come back again!😊

Maja is very nice and the Airbnb is a very good one. It's a great value. Just keep in mind the location is outside Dubrovnik so you will have to take the bus or Uber into the city.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. Absolutely thrilled with Mare’s place and her hospitality - right in Old Town and super easy to navigate around. She had great local recommendations and was very responsive. We loved our stay, everything about the apartment was even better than described. Would highly recommend!

The accommodation offered by Dragan is worth a visit, it is a beautiful accommodation very well maintained. Dragan is very responsive to any requests you may have, he will provide you with a multitude of useful links, for the location of the accommodation, views of Dubrovnik, nearby shops, good deals for visits etc. In short, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed and Dragan's mom is just as kind and welcoming...

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
