La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Our cottage is located in the heart of a renovated farm. You will have 57 m2 with one bedroom, a mezzanine living room, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with SPA bath, a separate toilet and private garden fully equipped. The building is the oldest on the site, it dates from 1833 and has sheltered calves and tractors in the past. You will find the authenticity of the place with today's amenities. Come discover the place, meet us and enjoy the quietness of the countryside.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Hiking shoes on the feet, it is the GR 34 that awaits you at the departure of the cottage .

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage.
