You will enjoy a quiet and green environment, as well as a garden shared with the occupants of the second cottage.

South-facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests. The garage is also accessible if necessary, especially for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes. Fully fenced lot, but does not have a gate.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.
