Situé dans un cadre naturel calme, à 800m de la plage de Pentrez, un terrain arboré et fleuri de 2600m2 abrite une belle maison néo bretonne de 130m2 orientée sud/sud-ouest et un garage attenant. Cette dernière est le point de départ idéal pour la découverte du Porzay (Menez Hom, Locronan, Quimper), de la baie de Douarnenez (Plages, pointe du Raz), des monts d'Arrée (Mont St Michel de Braspart) et de la presqu'île de Crozon (Cap de la Chèvre, Pen Hir, anse de Dinan, île Vierge, Morgat, Camaret).

Située en sud-Finistère à quelques kilomètres de la Pointe du Raz, dans le Cap Sizun, cette vieille longère en pierre, trouvée à l’état de ruine et restaurée avec des matériaux éco-responsables, domine la vallée du Goyen. Un accès direct aux sentiers de randonnée longeant le fleuve côtier permet d’accéder à pied à la cité médiévale de Pont -croix. Elle dispose de trois chambres dont une en mezzanine avec canapé-lit.
