We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

WiFi in the cottage. You are in an old stone farmhouse of the 1900s rather rustic with a lot of charm .

4**** labeled furnished tourism 2022 . Ty brao is 900m from the 1st beach , 2 minutes drive from the Royal Beach and Gr 34 but also 4 minutes from Trestel Beach, 5 minutes from the village . Lively center with its restaurants, the Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, its surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our wooden frame cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded plot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.
